Justin was awesome! He was able to diagnose my machines issue in just a few hours (a bad motherboard).When I brought in a replacement motherboard and an additional m.2 to be installed he was able to get the whole system setup with a clean install of windows (at discount) same day.He even helped me bring the machine down to my vehicle afterwards.Absolutely recommend going here.

Justin is an excellent technician and an all-around great guy. I’ve worked on PCs my entire life and have built custom systems myself, and as a tech, I’ll admit I usually struggle to trust computer repair shops. That said, Justin completely changed that for me.I don’t currently have the space or time for a full workbench setup, so I brought in a water-cooled PC and a motherboard combo for diagnostics. One system I suspected had a PSU failure over the weekend, and another I simply didn’t have spare hardware to properly test. He was straightforward, honest, and didn’t overcharge for simple issues, which I really appreciated.His diagnostic pricing is extremely fair and very competitive compared to anything else in the area. Justin clearly understands the local market for PC repair and has earned the reputation he’s building. On top of that, he has a great attitude and genuinely wants to help. If you need help with anything PC-related, small jobs or complex builds, I highly recommend giving him a call.

My PC needed a lot of work! I had a lot of 3rd gen hardware that was just outdated and not working anymore. I left it overnight and I had it in working order the next day for an extremely reasonable price, with solid game recommendations to boot. If you live in the area and need a device fixed, this is the place to go. 10/10 customer service.

If you haven’t tried them already, I 100% encourage you to hit up this place if you are in need of anything PC or tech related. Justin is goated at what he does and drops wisdom if you just ask. He’s helped me resolve issues with my Lenovo Legion laptop and my PC. The laptop had GPU issues which was resolved the same day I brought it in and the PC was resolved in 2 days after thorough and extensive testing. He is very efficient in the time it takes to resolve any problems you might have and will do so at a reasonable price. If I ever need anything else I will always come here first.

I have been so spared by choosing PCS done right! I am not techy and I haven't had a new computer in 8 and 1/2 years. And I called and made this appointment to help get me organized. The morning of my appointment, my computer actually died. Andrew showed up and revived it such that he could get all the data off it, Then sold me a new computer for a very reasonable price And it has all the bells and whistles, it's so slick and so reasonably priced! Now I have everything in one place with everything explained in detail. I just can't even tell you the relief this company has provided!

This guy crushed it. I had originally brought in my pc into a place into Tacoma, thought they did a great job. They didn't...It started crashing days later.I look up this place, bring it in and he has it done the same day with it being completely stable. Showed me the specs on it, adjusted some things that the other place didn't install correctly. I highly recommend this place if you are a gamer and looking to build or upgrade a pc. I came in with a fried power supply, and they were able to confirm that every other component still worked. They even reduced the price of the replacement power supply by the cost of the diagnostic.The price of the power supply was higher than you would find online but similar to what you would find at best buy.

2017 HP laptop failed a few years ago and they worked on it then and were able to save it, transferring all my critical info. Replaced the hard drive with a solid state drive with a quick turn around. Well here we go again, my screen looked like the tv in poltergeist. In at 11 and out by 3 the same day. However, it just didn’t work right. Took it back and that drive was toast. Justin had me up and running with a new hard drive and clean machine the same day. Its humming now but sadly my programs need to be reinstalled. Thank God for One drive and most of my old hard drive was saved on the cloud. Should bought a new laptop for the money I spent but no fault to them, they did a great job.

I needed new fans for my husband's and my gaming laptops. There was an issue with the supplier and PCs done right kept me up to date with what was happening. Once they ended up getting the fans from a different supplier they quickly swapped them.It was cheaper than I expected too. Definitely recommend if you need help with your computer.

Great service at a fair price - Went above and beyond my expectations.My PC wouldn't boot up and I didn't have time to bench it to determine the problem. The diagnostic was very fairly priced and had a quick turnaround. They gave me the option to fix it for me, and when I accepted they provided several options with costs up front. They even managed to find a new motherboard from several years ago as an exact replacement. Will definitely use their services again!

Exceptional customer service. I ordered a gaming rig from a manufacturer in another state. Right out of the box, it wouldn't run games. PC's Done right (Justin) worked with me to identify and document what was wrong with the machine (bad video card). Justin delivered on every promise and provided a turn-around time that I wasn't expecting (same day). The customer service provided exceeded every expectation. The examination fee was very reasonable. I hope not to have computer issues in the future, but if I do, PC's Done Right is where I'm going.

Purchased a new desktop computer and was looking for someone to set it up and migrate data from the old computer to the new computer. Did my research and decided on PC's Done Right. Called them and to my surprise their tech Andrew was available straight away( I was expecting to have to wait a few days. Within an hour Andrew was at the house and on the job. Even though we chose not to have repair done to my laptop due to age and price, it would be wiser to get new one I would still have used. He was very knowledgeable, answered questions, and we both felt we could trust what he was saying. The only thing would say is if you're mobile challenged by stairs, know that's how you have to get upstairs.

This is probably one of the best places I have ever been to to repair my computer. Fixed same day, awesome guy named Justin was helpful and polite. On the phone, he knew instantly what was going on. Did not rip me off and gave me a honest price. Sketchy location, but doesn't interfere with any of the work they do. PLEASE SHOW LOVE AND RESPECT TO THIS BUISNESS!! It's a 2 man shop and the fact that those 2 can run an honest repair shop amazes me. Also blew the dust out of my computer for absolutely free during repair. also happy 10 YEARS!!! Justin was rhe best. I have an expensive gaming rig that I dropped on the ground. I wanted to have a technician look at it before I stared replacing the case. Justin was able to run diagnostic and everything was fine. I ordered a new case and a new HD to get something out of the hassle. He was able to move everything over quickly. I took a look at it at the shop and everything seemed good. When I got home I realized my old drive was missing. I called Justin and he apologized and made everything right. He replaced the missing drive with a brand new drive. Totally satisfied with my rig and its running like new.
